This is a pretty standard recipe for grilled dove breasts.
deboned dove breasts
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade. Place dove breasts in large pan and cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Remove breasts and wrap each with 1/4 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on grill and cook until bacon is done.
