Howey has been an outdoor communicator since 1980 with his award winning syndicated "Of the Outdoors" columns appearing in magazine, newspapers, and tabloids throughout he upper Midwest and nationally.

Watertown Fishing 2015 Outdoorsmen Adventures

Outdoorsmen Adventures host Gary Howey and Team Member Brendan Branick will Join Tim Chandler, Glacial Lakes Guide Service to fish two of the numerous lakes around Watertown, S.D. The Glacial lake sand prairies region of Northeastern South Dakota is the home of excellent walleye, perch, crappie, pike and smallmouth bass. An ice fisherman took the new state record perch a .86 pound fish from one of the numerous lakes in the area.
